The Interfaith Center for Racial Justice ( ICRJ) has been working for 50 years to build bridges of understanding among people of different cultures and faith traditions. Moving forward, ICRJ mission is to focus on what Congressman John Lewis, called the next frontier in civil rights, education. It really is an expansion of ICRJ's diversity work. ICRJ want to work with educators who recognize that they must change and grow as the diversity of their classrooms change and grow.

Developed presentations, marketing materials and conducted fundraising campaigns that resulted in the identification of over 7,000 new US sponsors each contributing $360 annually to facilitate the educational and nutrition needs of children in developing countries.

Club 2000 assisted more than 500 underserved inner city youth in Kampala, Uganda providing education and recreational activities free of charge to local community and faith-based organizations whose members resided in high-needs, limited resource areas. |
In the process launched careers of gifted musicians and composers. Collaborated with and advised youth leadership team during the inaugural /early-stage of self-help project and AIDS / HIV awareness program.Ugandan pop artists, Joe Tabula, Ronald Mayinja, Joe Mulinde, Mariam Mulinde, Jude Mugerwa, Herbert K. Edward, Charles Busuulwa were some of the pioneers of the program.
